LEMONPEEL ANGELFISH
CENTROPYGE FLAVISSIMA
The Lemon Peel Angel is a bright, sunny fish that looks just like a little slice of lemon swimming in the reef! Its vivid yellow body and striking blue markings around the eyes and fins make it one of the most cheerful fish in the ocean. They usually grow to about 4 inches long, making them small but full of personality.
These tiny angels love to explore coral reefs, where they nibble on algae and tiny creatures hiding in the nooks and crannies. By grazing carefully, they help keep the reef clean and healthy, which is very important for all the animals living there.
Lemon Peel Angels are brave little fish. They usually live in small groups or pairs, zooming around rocks and coral while staying alert for bigger fish.
